About the Warranty

 I AM TRYING TO FILL OUT THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE WARRANTY CLAIM FORM. WHERE DO I FIND THE NUMBER ON THE LIGHT?

The serial number you will find on top of the lid. It is an 8-digit number starting with SN60XXXXXX. If the number isn’t on the lid then please unscrew the lid or look in the bottom of the light and find a white sticker with the number on it.

 I CAN’T FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER, HOW DO I FILL OUT THE WARRANTY SERVICE FORM?

If you can’t find the serial number, it is not possible for you to fill out the warranty service form. Please take pictures of the light and send them to info@lopolight.com

DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT ALL THE BOXES ON THE WARRANTY CLAIM FORM?

It is important that you fill out all the boxes on the warranty claim form with a *

 WHEN I HAVE SUBMITTED THE WARRANTY FORM, HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE DONE IT CORRECT?

 If you haven’t filled out all the boxes with a * , the form will return to you and a red text will tell you what you need to fill out. If you have filled out all the boxes with a *, the form will say:………. And you will get an email with the form and a case number.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I HAVE SUBMITTED THE WARRANTY CLAIM FORM?

The warranty claim will be processed as soon as possible. We aim to respond by email within 3 working days.

DO YOU WANT ME TO SEND PICTURES OF THE DEFECT LIGHT?

Lopolight may ask you to send a picture to document the case. It is always a good idea to send pictures to make the case handling more precise.

DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE LIGHT TO LOPOLIGHT WHEN IT IS DEFECT?

After Lopolight receives your claim, it will be decided if the product is under warranty and whether it is necessary for you to return the failing light. It will, in many cases, be accepted that you do not return the failing light.

IF I HAVE TO RETURN THE LIGHT, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FREIGHT COST?

Yes, if Lopolight ask you to return the light, you pay for the freight cost.

 DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY COST WHEN I GET A NEW LIGHT, WHICH IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Lopolight will cover freight costs to you if the light is less than 2 years old, for older lights we will charge freight based on actual cost.
